The School Plan is an important document that contains the key areas identified by us for school improvement. Some areas will always relate to pupil progress and the raising of attainment. Other areas will relate to aspects of school life, such as Catholicity and working together with other schools, that we feel could be improved. Staff work together to identify these areas and collaborate to find strategies to make things work even better. The priorities identified in the School Plan are also linked to the performance management of staff.
